RADIATOR LASER WELDING LINES

The line is realized for the assembl of elements of tubular or multi-column radiators: starting from semi-heads and tubes, a product with high qualitative and aesthetical properties is manufactured with the high productivity characteristic of the laser.

UNIT FOR LASER WELDING HEADS
Area for welding of heads
The station for the welding of heads is characterized by:
Tack welding unit of the 2 semi-heads at the output of the press using capacitive discharge technique
Laser beam welding unit of preassembled heads with a patented optical device
Unit for mechanical operations to face and round the fingers of the head.
Area for welding of elements

UNIT FOR LASER WELDING TUBE-HEADS
The station for tube-heads welding is characterized by:
Unit for depalletization and facing of tubes, starting from a bundle at tubes already cut to length. In output, tubes are spaced and headed for loading in the tack welding station.
Unit for depallettization of welded heads, which are taken from pallets and loaded on the tranfer line up to the tack welding station
Tack welding unit for the radiator elements (heads to tubes) using capacitive discharge technique.
The station is designed to assemble tubes and heads on a specific holding fixture and to perform tack welding simultaneously from both sides. Loading and unloading is performed by an anthropomorphous robot.
Laser welding unit of radiator elements (heads to tube); both heads are simultaneously welded by a patented optical device.

CYCLE TIME OF THE WELDING PLANT
2 tubes:    6.0 sec            3 tubes:   8.0 sec
4 tubes:   10.0 sec          5 tubes:   16.0 sec
6 tubes:   18.0 sec
